"We had a wonderful stay at Hare Rapa Nui by Chez Joseph! We were welcomed on arrival with flower leis and fresh guava juice. The family went out of their way to make us comfortable and to help us with travel arrangements, tours, recommendations, and transportation. Jonathan arranged an unforgettable tour for us of the National Park and helped us navigate travel plans. Breakfast was set up for us every morning and we had full access to a beautiful patio with a view of the ocean from the tables. The hotel grounds are gorgeous with tropical flowers and banana trees, and the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer - we definitely hope to return!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I was greeted at the airport and also dropped off, the staff were friendly, the check in process was easy, the location was close to town but not busy, all my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable and safe. Marcelo is a great host. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Island."

"Edith and Bill were wonderful hosts. They met us at the airport and took up back for our return flight. The breakfast provided is wonderful. The rooms are simple, comfortable and air condited with lovely verandas to sit out side and seating in a lovely outdoor lobby . When we were on the islandt.our plane was canceled creating chaos as almost all hotels in town were full. Despite being full Edith found a way to accommodate us speaking with other guests. I am.in my 60s, did not have camping gear so it would have been difficult for me to sleep all night outside or on the condrete as it is a very small airport. I am grateful for all they did for us during our stay and highly recommend this hotel, which is small and more like a very comfortable and veey welcoming homestay."
