"This motel is a little dated although quite adequate for a few days in Toowoomba. The staff are efficient and friendly and the surroundings were pleasant. Our only concern which is not a motel problem, is the lack of respect and common courtesy shown by other guests. The loud phone calls outside the rooms, the banging and noise generated at night and the car alarms going off. All because people lack respect for others. I think it is just a sign of the times where too many people feel entitled and show little regard for others "
