"Stayed 4 times for business. Excellent and convenient, just not enough cleaning of the rooms included in to stay."

"The room was clean. The bathroom was nice and it had a shuttle to the airport. The food was mediocre but available as the hotel is a little isolated if you do not have a car. It was perfect to stay overnight and get an early flight. Be aware that the shuttle does not pull up to the hotel door but picks you up across the street."

The lock on the door to my room was broken and it was a huge dramatic issue to get my room switched partially due to language barrier but mostly due to being gaslighted about the lock being broken even after being walked in on while taking a bath. "I stayed at Thon for the first time after staying at a number of different hotels near Brussels Airport. I was originally put off by the overall rating but I’m very glad I read the negative reviews and booked anyway. In my experience (on check-in and check-out) the staff were friendly and professional. "Great location! A grocery store was a short walk in addition to numerous sites and dining options. There was street noise in the early morning as cafe's were setting up their tables and chairs for the day, but that was offset by the great location. You walked through a coffee shop/cafe to get to the hotel elevator but that in not inconvenient at all. Room was basic but very clean."
