This is a very nice hotel that is within walking distance of The Grand Place and the train station as well as restaurants & such. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The room was clean & has a nice larger bathroom. The only complaint on the room was the hair dryer overheated easily which was inconvenient. The breakfast provided was nice and provided 2 types of eggs, meats and cheeses, yogurt & croissants. We were satisfied with what was provided. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The check in process was so annoying and long it gave me a bad impression. When people come early and leave their bags, do the paperwork at that time, so all they have to do is collect keys. We waited in A huge queue at 3. No one was happy. That said, location was great. Safe and clean hotel.

I didn’t spend much time in my room, but the room was really hot and I couldn’t cool it down. Between that and the firm mattress, I didn’t sleep much. The property and staff were great though

An excellent stay in a perfectly situated hotel to see the highlights of Brussels. The staff were very helpful although there were a couple of times where the language barrier was lost in translation so to speak. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable after a long day sightseeing. The breakfast was lovely with ample choice and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so good.

The location was excellent with the Grand Place nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Our friends had a room close to ours which made it convenient.
