"Placed it for the incorrect night, was very quick at notifying the hotel so I could get it fixed and they didn't want to help me out or get me a reimbursement. I would understand, especially after reading the fine print, but it just doesn't make sense when I notified the hotel very quickly. Gave 3 stars on the parts that I didn't get to experience, 1 star on the rest because this was very unprofessional. "This was easily one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The bed was super comfortable and the towels were so soft. I love that it had the fridge and microwave readily available. The food and drinks at the bar were also fairly priced and delicious. The staff is what really sets them apart— multiple interactions with the staff while I was here for a conference left me feeling great about my stay. 100% would stay here again!"
