"Unfortunaly I have to give a bad rating due to very poor hotel management. I booked and paid for a stay in October. A few days after the trip was confirmed, I got rebooked to a different hotel in Monastir since the Hotel in Mahdia "suddenly" decided to close in the middle of October. It was not possible for the customer service of Expedia to establish contact with the Hotel via Phone or E-Mail. I have asked them for help since I wanted to cancel the booking instead of going to a different hotel....

" We came to Tunisia as my partners sister was getting married and it was closer to where he lived in Telboulba . Arriving on a Friday we checked in at 3pm and we was showed our room which I very disappointing . It was small dark and out dated room . The bed was very uncomfortable . The air condition was not working up to standard . The next day we had to complain about the room and asked them to move us to a better room with a good location . We viewed about 3 rooms which was all the same...
