Also, the staff tries to communicate in English if they know you are struggling with Japanese language. "It was great to have a washing machine in the room. Location was fantastic. Services within the hotel were good. Although the breakfast was underwhelming. The room was too small for 2 people. There was nowhere to put 2 suitcases. We made do and as we were out all day. We also had an internal room with a view of the fire escape. Would have preferred a better view and would ask should I return."
