Farms is an apple orchard and diversified fruit and vegetable farm in the town of East Fishkill, New York. In addition to 40 acres of apples, they grow peaches, nectarines, black currants, cherries, and pumpkins, all of which are available in season for pick-your-own. They also have 20 acres of diverse vegetable plantings, several berry patches, three greenhouses, and pasture-raised hens. Their goal as a farm is to produce fresh, healthy and sustainably grown food for local customers. Their fruits and vegetables are grown without adding any synthetic chemicals or pesticides. They also have snap peas, kale, lettuce, eggplants, peppers, bell peppers and loads of herbs.
The raspberries were sweet and tart at the same time and the kids loved picking them. They have a $5 entry fee.
