The room was spotless, and the hotel was beautiful. Staff at the front desk were efficient but a smile from any of them would have gone a long way. Didn't eat in the restaurant but was happy to have the option. The location is great for dining and shopping. Would stay again.

Beautiful lobby but the room left things to be desired. It could use a bit of an upgrade to match the rest of the hotel. The bathroom felt dingy and overall cleanliness of the room was not that great.

The front desk clerk was efficient but unfriendly upon checkin. There was no bar soap in the room, I went to the front desk to ask for it. The hotel is clean but looks well worn. Location is great.
