"Food was great, tons of options, kids pool area was a huge hit with our toddler. The staff was awesome. Beach was great. Room was very clean. Definitely an older hotel but they've done well looking after it. "

"This property is older more of a timeshare. Some of the properties knew some of the properties is old. If you stay in the new tower, the rooms are nice, but it is very loud and noisy in the hallways, but they are beautiful views, but this property is probably the best of values. It’s very price affordable."

"We loved staying here. Its super close to the airport. All staff were attentive and we were even greeted with a drink. We had a room with ocean view, it was so beautiful. The room was clean and they would offer to stock up twice a day. Breakfast was delicious lunch and dinner was ok. The pool temperature was perfect. There was entertainment such as loteria, trivia and even snack time while being in the pool. Overall great trip. Will be back"

"When we arrived they gave us the wrong room. They gave us another that was also wrong. Then we were told this site doesn’t guarantee us the room we book. After threatening to go elsewhere they gave us the right room. The property is great. The food is very limited. "

They have two swim up bars, activities for families, buffet, specialty restaurant, tour desk, coffee shop, lounge area, and easy access to the beach. "The AC leaked on us all night. Could not sleep. Everything was falling apart from the ice bucket to the hanging soap dish. Extra cost for swimming towels, everything. Good for the price and location. Great place if you want to stay near locals and the swimming pool is awesome. "

"After we got our room straightened out and got the one we actually booked, our stay was fantastic. The space was spacious, deck space was excellent, the cleaning staff were fantastic, the grounds were beautiful and well kept. There is a disco beside the property which was active Thursdays thru Saturday Erving ending between 3-5 am. If your room is at the back of the room facing the disco, it will keep you awake. Our room was facing the ocean with a room between us and the rear of the building...

"The property is probably the most scenic in Puerto Vallarta (no skyscapers here) but the resort itself it is tired. Painting, roof cleaning and loungers on the beach that you can sit on without having to immediately visit a chiropractor would be good first steps. Nevertheless, the location and accomodations make for a very enjoyable vacation."
