I've spent a month touring Europe alone on my motorbike so I've spent a lot of time (and money) on various styles of hotels with varying price brackets. "Good hotel and nice staff. Bar was closed very early and waiters could not give dessert at 21:30, but the dessert fridge was just standing next to our table. Heating was a bit noisy in the room. We will for sure recommend, really nice stay"
