"Nice place to stay far from the noise and enjoy the calm but they need a serious renovation. Fourniture in really bad condition and the guy who did checks left the stove on was on for the whole day and i burned my hand because of it ( Thank God it was with electricity not Gaz ) The guy in the pool is far from being a human being and he sking us the key of the flat every single day."

"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius."

"Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. La chambre était confortable mais l'odeur qui venait de la salle de bain n'était pas très agréable. C'est peut-être uniquement propre à la chambre du rez de chaussée donnant sur la rue. "Staff were so friendly but we were surprised we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Our room was freezing. Another guest checked out and went to a different hotel because he was so cold. When we got to breakfast the second day there was no hot tea or hot water. We sat there for over 20 minutes and no one came to get our order or bring out tea. I really liked the people but I was a little disappointed overall. "
