"The osen (public bath) was very nice, clean and well set-up.
The breakfast was beautifully served, very tasty and a full, traditional, healthy Japanese breakfast, which is definitely worth including in your booking. "

"Simply beautiful. The onsen was so wonderful and the community onsen was even better. The staff were absolute professionals and went above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast and dinner were as we expected. I really liked their tempura but i loved the sashimi. My partner loved the beer dispenser:)

"Tried to check out and could not as they did not have staff to take payment. Had to leave to make it to bus in order to catch my train and flight. Has to go to extraordinary lengths to pay them after. Also extremely overpriced for this hotel, would never come back."
