The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. Try to request a water front lodge (there are 6 in total) but the front two are right on the water front but the sunsets either way are insane.
