"You can’t beat this location. We were able to walk right down stairs and to the beach. Parking in this area is also key. Check in and check out we’re really easy. The only downside was that they were powerwashing the building and water got all over the floor, even though the windows were closed. They gave us a mop and bucket to clean it up but there was just too much water. They offered towels so we asked for that but no one ever came with them. "Great ocean view which met our expectations. The sitting room sofa was dirty and torn. The bed linen was old. They had a flat sheet dressing the bed with a dingy throw. The bathroom can use some remodeling. There were efforts like the beach towels and chairs that were appreciated. Once chec-in completed, it was easy to enter and leave. Overall we had a great beach stay."
