"We loved the view of and access to the beach, but were very disappointed that the pool, hot tub, bar, and cafe were not open. The website/pictures/amenities need to be updated to reflect this. We understand that hurricanes and covid have influenced what is open, etc., but properties right next to ours had pools, cafes, bars, etc. open."

"We were stranded in San Juan due to Delta’s IT issues and needed a place to stay for 5 days. This house was close to the beach, clean and cool and saved us while we were stranded. The property manager/owner communicated well and was very responsive. Overall, a great experience."

"Had me a little nervous about the previous reviews but everything went well. Based on the reviews, I was nervous that when I messaged the day before arrival to get check-in instructions I didnt get a response. Got a response the day we arrived. It may be a VRBO thing, after that the host responded quickly and we were to check in a little early. I For the price it was excellent, It's at the start of the strip opposite end of all the resorts."
