"Nice clean hotel. When we checked in at almost 4pm. Our bed was not made yet and dirty towels and sheets still in the room . Beside that everything were good . "

"This was the second time I’ve stayed at the Caribe Hilton. Grounds beautiful, staff very pleasant, food at restaurants delicious. A little bump checking in, resolved. Walls in rooms paper thin. Could hear people in next room clearly as though one room. Tile floor treacherous when wet. Overall nice stay."

"This is a lovely boutique style hotel in a great location in Old San Juan. The room was comfortable. The balcony was big. Perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy a morning cuppa. The water pressure in the shower was a bit lacking, but this is an old building, so I wouldn't expect jet flow. The character makes up for that. The staff was excellent and helpful with suggestions for dining and such. Would definitely stay here again. "
