"Location, location!! In the heart of Old san Juan. So much to do just steps away. The staff was phenomenal, very kind and helpful. The rooms are small but very clean. We went at the end of March following a cruise. We walked from the port to the property (10 min walk). The room was muggy and hot and the air didn't seem to do much. I can't imagine what it would feel like in June, July. It was just what we were looking for as far as location. Would recommend pre or post cruise. 1 to 2 days tops. The property has a spa but we did not get to use it due to time restraints but it looked nice and prices were very reasonable. Don Takos is just around the corner and would recommend eating there!! Would return!!"

"The is the perfect location for visiting Old San Juan. It is walkable to any site you want to visit. The staff were wonderful, kind and friendly. They gave us good suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. The room was nice and clean. Although they are smaller rooms than we normally see, they were great for our short stay prior to cruising. Would definitely recommend especially since they are in construction to add a restaurant. "

"Did not see any notice about the hotel, not having an elevator until after Booking. As a senior couple with luggage for an international trip, we had to leave our large bags in the lobby. There was no provision for locking them up, just a staff member saying they would keep an eye on things. The floors in the room of this over property were dirty and did not seem to have been mopped. The worst part, is that our second floor room was a top and next to a street level restaurant and bar that was the source of noise until 1 AM. Just the location of the property in the surrounding neighborhoods in the old town. Don’t book there if you are looking for a good nights sleep after a long day of travel."

"Room was not ready for check in till 453pm, that is 53 minutes after check-in time. Bell staff was great, front desk staff just ok, not tge best hospitality, the bell staff mafe up for it. No pol towels either. Hot tub water was not as clear as it should be, water was hot though. Room was impeccable "
