"Room full of bugs. Nice location. Still under construction so may be that is the reason bugs are there but it should not be an excuse. Room is a decent space. Clean bathroom. Service is just okay nothing so great as only the manager seemed bothered with problems of guests. Staff not that efficient."

"Excellent property with world class facilities. We stayed at the Royal Suites. This is comparable to any 5 star facility abroad. The shower reminder me of the “Heavenly shower” of a western brand hotel. Cleanliness and hospitality of staff is exemplary. Rupa and Prashanth did a phenomenal job to help us book and stay. Food was pretty good. Will highly recommend this property and will stay here again if we come this way."
