"The staff was fantastic! The front desk was very helpful when I called to inquire about something, very helpful at checkin and check out. We also had trouble getting the door to the pool area to open with our keycard and housekeeping was there and was adamant about helping us get in. When she couldn’t get it, she got another staff member to assist who eventually got it to work. The lady covering the breakfast area was also helpful. We appreciated the excellent customer service we received! "

"Very nice property (new construction). The area is very industrial, but the location is excellent if you are interested in Louisville Cardinal football stadium (across street) and very close to Churchill Downs(1/4 mile). As is the case in areas like this, redevelopment has a way to go, but Homewood Suites is a good addition. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great property— clean, modern, and very comfortable beds. Only drawback is there are no coffee makers in the rooms. We have stayed there twice. The fist time, the barista did not show up for work before we needed to leave for the airport; and the second time, the barista was waiting for coffee beans, so there was no coffee. A true disappointment for this caliber hotel. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!"

"Fun property overall we love Moxy hotels and frequent them a lot. They are fun and we love the lobby. We will not stay at the Moxy again until the offer valet parking like the Moxy in Chattanooga. The parking is terrible. Even loading and unloading caused issues with traffic. I would have gladly paid $50 a night for valet rather than ride around in traffic trying to find parking and having to carry luggage so far. Overall love Moxy hotels but not this one. Plus - Zombie Taco in the...

"Loved everything "

"The hotel was easy to get to and was located so that we could walk to what we were there for. 10 minute walk to bourbon row . The facility was clean and polite staff willing to assist. We did hear ambulances and planes but we were close to an airport and a hospital"
