Really liked the hospitality of the staff. We arrived very late and they kept the kitchen open for us so we could have a hot dinner. Also, an historic hotel with all of the beauty.

I highly recommend staying at the brown, it’s a lively busy hotel. We were going to a concert at the mercury ball room, very quick walk and a lot of food options within walking distance. Had room service from the safe for breakfast it was great.

This old world style modern amenities hotel was beautiful and very clean. The restaurant J Graham was very nice. You have to try the Hot Brown.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful history and the staff is very friendly. We noticed many of the staff have worked there for years and have a strong sense of pride in the hotel. They love to share the history of the hotel and show off the beautiful rooms. I recommend you have a drink at the bar and of course the Hot Brown is a must to complete your stay.

The atmosphere is wonderful and the people go above and beyond to help you during unusual circumstances. My wife is a patient at Norton hospital near there, and the staff went out of their way to make sure that the hotel was a comfortable haven while we coped with an out-of-town caregiving challenge.

We had one of the best smash burgers we ever had at the hotel bar. The hot brown was outstanding as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful with recommendations. Lots of things to do in walking distance as well.

Great stay here. The place is older - not easy to find an electrical outlet in the room, and no USB ports like newer hotels offer, for example - but beautiful nonetheless. The room was clean and quiet. Had to stop at the restaurant for the Hot Brown which was delicious. Overall a great hotel.
