"We had a luxury 3 bed apartment which was perfect so we had our own space to chill and relax. Had a fabulous local food tour on the second day travelling on the bus and tram and going to the local market highly recommend. Pool and changing areas were really scruffy so complained and cleaned a little day after but pool still black scum around the edges so didn’t use again which was a shame as this helps you chill after walking around the town. "This is an incredible property - one of the best that I have ever stayed at (I have stayed at hundreds and hundreds around the world). I would say that it is a very nice 4 star hotel. Everything works well - the bed/bedding is so comfortable; the shower and bathroom are also amazing. The only reason for not a perfect review is that the day staff just seemed a little too business oriented - less customer centered. The night lady, on the other hand, was very friendly and helpful.
