"When we arrived at night the receptionist went out of her way to make sure we got a meal even though the kitchen was about to close. She also stayed late to make sure my husband got safely up the stairs to our room since he has limited mobility. The receptionist is also trying to help us get a package back to the USA with some keepsakes from our trip that we accidentally left behind. A really caring staff who go above and beyond the usual!"

"Great place to stay, 5 minutes from the train and coach station and 5 minutes from the old town. Its more like a hotel than a hostel as my en suite room was great. Communication from the staff was great and even though they are not there 24/7, its easy to contact them. Will 100% stay here again"

"It was an overnight stay to catch the plane next morning. I have been upgraded to the double room on arrival. The hotel itself is modest with an old fashioned interior 3*, that's what you pay for in comparison to other more modern hotels. The shower room was clean so the rest of the room.
