"We booked the Sakura room because that seems to be the only available for 3 persons. We went to see the room, it was big, big bathroom too with toilet and bathroom separate, good space to hang out. but because the room was said to be a following a Japanese concept, so, the beds were without frame! Beds were just on the floor. So, we requested to change to another room with bed with frame. We changed to a King sized bed room which could fit all 3 of us with no extra charges as the room price was...
