"We loved our stay at Pezulu! The staff is incredible and the atmosphere is truly unique. Accommodations are a little rustic but comfortable, and this is part of the allure. Food was excellent. Eating dinner outside fireside was great experience along with drinks in the bar at night with other guests. Highly recommended!"

"Loved visiting Leopard's Lair - the setting is excellent on the "other" end of Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate and on the Mohlabetsi river - it really feels secluded and more "in the bush".
The rooms are large and beautiful with the patio/balcony and outdoor showers. The team is excellent - our host and property manager Sonja was warm and wonderful and had so many great suggestions about Hoedspruit (all her food recommendations were perfect!)."

"A 30 minute drive from the Opren gate of Kruger Park and a good price/value considering other nearby accommodations are much higher priced. Seemed to be newer with a good air conditioner and was clean. This is not a true boutique hotel but more like a rental of a large 1 bedroom 2 story townhouse in a gated townhouse community on a hilltop. Our unit had a large proper kitchen and living room and a garage. That said, it might be good for larger families needing space or those staying for an...

"This is the most relaxing lodge! I came for a weekend retreat and loved every minute. I was able sit in my own little plunge pool and watch the animals come to the water hole. The staff were all very friendly and inviting. I 100% recommend this place "

"Beautiful place. Friendly well informed staff. The place to go if you want to be close to the bush. In my opinion better than places that cost twice the price. Thumbs up!"

We had a one night stay at Safari Moon and we are so glad we did! This is such a warm, lovely boutique lodge with the kindest staff and clean beautiful rooms. We had a couples massage and it was fantastic! As a type 1 Diabetic, they absolutely tweaked the menu to accommodate my needs and it was terrific! This is a very special place and if we ever find ourselves any where near Hoedspruit, do not hesitate to stay at Safari Moon...you won't regret it!

Everything was as pictured. Glamping tents were good. Animals did roam the grounds. Always felt safe though. And most importantly the safari drives were amazing! If you are lucky you will get Vestment - he was the absolute best!!! Definitely recommend.

The lodge is tucked back in a quiet part of the estate, and the owner is a very, very kind woman. When I come back to Hoedspruit, I’ll stay here again!

If you want to experience the real Africa, this is the place for you. This was our first trip to Aftrica. The staff make all the difference here. We saw so much in three days and learned so much more, even about the ones we didn't see.
The "room" is a tent on a platform with a toilet and hot water showers. The food is outstanding. No electricity, but everything you need. Our travel arrangements from Johannesburg and back were made by the camp and timed perfectly. We thought it was a 'once in a...

There's nothing around and that's good. You need to drive down back roads for twenty minutes or so before you go through a series of security gates which help keep the animals in/out. If you come through late in the evening after the sun goes down you can see an amazing dark sky. The staff is very friendly, room was comfortable but be careful ordering the dinner...it ended up costing us more than our room :)
