"As I was travelling with my wife, I've booked a room with Queen size bed. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave me a room with seperate beds... With me asking for a room change he agreed for joining the beds in exisiting room. I asked for changing the linen and pillow covers, to which the hotel boy claimed that there are no more linens at the hotel. Then I asked for a room change, to which they agreed and gave me a room which was dusty enough to give me an allergy trigger. I've stayed in this...

"Clean, quiet and well-maintained hotel in a fantastic location. The famous all-vegetarian Annapoorna restaurant is downstairs. The complementary buffet breakfast was also outstanding. We will definitely stay here when we visit Coimbatore next."

"The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again."

"It's really good and kept neat. Nearby hotel is also excellent. Feel like staying again if opportunity arises. In the night the centralised operated ac needs to be in continuous service if it got switched off. "

"We booked non AC rooms and the room is spacious and there is a window for ventilation, the double bed is quite wide too. The down side is that there are only two plug points(in a three person room), so carry one of those multiplug things to charge your devices."

"Excellent staff service. The employees were always available. Executive suite was spacious. Please ensure no spiders in the room. They were tiny but scary. "

"On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful- breakfast was varied and tasty. The bed linen and bath towels were fresh and clean. The bathroom however could have been cleaner. There was no hot water and the air condition did not work. The photos on the internet must have been taken many years ago as they do not show the state of the hotel as it is now"

"Booked a two room suite for family of four. It was very clean. The property had a very modern look. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was tasty. I wish I had stayed few more nights there. I had some WiFi coverage issues in the bed rooms but we were able to manage. I also would recommend adding a shower curtain so the bathroom stays somewhat dry. The fridge did not appear to be working but we didn’t need to use it. "

"The room was not cleaned with urine stains in the toilet seat, the floor was very dirty. I got a new room but the phone was not working, the air conditioner failed on the second night and there were many mosquitoes."
