Cons: I wanted to change my dates because a Typhoon was coming the same dates of my traveling and they refused, so I would not recommend this place for this reason. Also the onsen floor was very dirty which is a shame as the onsen itself is pretty nice and looks like recently renewed. "Friendly service. The host ladies were very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. It’s a local traditional inn so don’t expect hotel style amenities and rooms. Only complaint was the noise from neighboring room(s): you wouldn’t hear their conversations but their foot steps and door closing. Hope future visitors would learn to be quieter in such an older, traditional Japanese inn. But anyway the host ladies’ warm hospitality compensated for the annoyance. "
