"This hotel had no desk clerk, but we were able to figure out how to check in and get the room lock code. The room was large by Japanese hotel room standards. It felt like a small apartment. The area had many restaurants and shopping areas close by. The laundry room had four washer/dryers that did an excellent job. They even automatically dispensed laundry detergent, so we didn’t have to go find any at a convenience store. "

"For a one night business trip, this hotel is perfect. Inexpensive yet very conveniently located just in front of Kokura station, with plenty of dining choices within an easy walk. The room was comfortable, clean and large enough for my needs. (Just a place to sleep and relax a bit in the morning)."

When requested, they helped me to ask the other hotel if they can receive my luggage ahead of my check in. Their check in/out is also very foreigner friendly. You use a machine which can display in japanese english, chinese and korean to check in/out (with the staff help)"

You can found everything in this hotel, starting from the welcome drink, natural hot spring, massage chair, and after hot spring service (small dinner, free flow drink, all you can eat ice cream). And there are many choices on the breakfast menu and all is delicious! And, you can find the region speciality dish as one of dish that this hotel can offer. So, I can already enjoy the hotel itself, it’s the staycation type hotel. Really recommended! "
