Booking through Expedia, it was a little confusing regarding the precise location to arrive, as all communications were through the app and not direct. But once we were checked in, we were very pleased.

it was great and clean. would recommend to friends

The apartment is outdated yet roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is basic but adequate. There’s a popular cafe on the ground floor. It is a short uphill walk to Kings Park with pleasant views. Check out Cliff St views too - and steep staircase if very fit. The location is good. There’s free bus stops a short walk over bridge to St George’s Tce.

The staff been over backwards to make my stay a great one. The motel is in the process of redoing their rooms. The one I stayed in was fantastic.

The location was good although slightly noisy because of the street right next to it having many trucks utilizing that thoroughfare. The attitude of the staff makes up for ANY issue I might have experienced.

A lovely little place very close to the airport. The owner clearly has put effort into making the room comfortable & pleasant. There is a loveseat, small table & nice tub for a bath as well as a shower. The cereal, toast, & juice were all a good breakfast before heading to the airport. Owner took us to the terminal in his suv. He was also accommodating about our need to drop our stuff off early so that we could return our RV. There are several RV rental places a short walk from the B&B.

Beautiful accommodations

Very welcoming and clean.

Cleanliness. High quality breakfast. Friendly helpful staff

We loved being near the river. Saw many birds and aquatic animals

Nice hotel in an excellent, walkable part of the city near the Perth mint and Elizabeth Quay.

it's my first time visiting WA and this hotel provide all kichenware and wash machine in our room. Also, this location is near Famous Perth Mint and Church and only 5 mins walk you could reach to supermarket. The counter staffs are lovely and provide us parking lot information. The only defect is not much free parking lots for hotel guests.

Beautiful building. Lovely staff. Boisterous night life in the neighborhood and could hear thrum of music from bar downstairs but never enough to keep us awake. Highly recommend.

A very pleasant stay, as always, at Baileys Motel. We try to visit Perth every year from overseas and (now being a pair of ancients) relax in the comfortable, spacious accommodation here between trips around WA. It’s central, easy access to everywhere in the city, extremely good value and has a good, very popular restaurant. The staff are as lovely as ever and we really appreciated Anthony’s upgrade to one of the rooms with cooking facilities! The only slight minus this year is that the...
