"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"We always stay here and will continue to stay here. Great staff here and location is walkable to many places. Only recommendation is to change check out time to 1100 or 1200: currently it’s 1000 which is a bit early still. Overall a great place to stay "

"Restaurant food and selection needs improvement. Some rooms and public spaces are outdated. Guests with special needs have to conquer some stairs. Luggage can't be rolled in because of stairs at the entrance (should have a ramp)."

"Optimale Lage für Wanderer und Wintersport. Abendessen war gut. Betten waren okay. Frühstück war auch okay. Personal hat deutsch gesprochen Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Unser Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Es hingen auch noch Handtücher vom Vorgänger im Bad. (frischen Handtücher befanden sich aber im Zimmer). "

"I was promised a room "on the ground floor" which is what I requested because I have arthritis in my knees and have a problem walking up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a normal ground floor. To get to your room on the ground floor you have to negotiate 5 stairs down and then 5 stairs up; that made each trip to and from my room a painful experience."

"Alles wunderbar. Auf Sauberkeit könnte ein klein wenig mehr geachtet werden. Auch sind hier und da kleine Reparaturen notwendig. Ansonsten war alles bestens, in der Ferienwohnung findet man alles was man benötigt. Super mit Kindern. "

The complex is quite large, with an indoor equestrian rink, a bar, a restaurant, a spa, and a large event room. The breakfast buffet contained a bit of everything so everyone was able to find a breakfast. The decor is traditional, everything was well maintained, and the bed sheets were nice.
