Unfortunately the filter for the air-conditioning unit was very dirty, so no proper cooling in the room and the staff was very reluctant to compensate for the issue. Having a proper cooling is essential due to the weather conditions in Khon Kaen. Not sure if I'll come back here, only because of the staffs lack of servicemindness."

We caught a cab with all our luggage to the lake hotel that was booked through Expedia and they turned us away saying there was no room and the hotel was full and that they don’t deal with Expedia any more. Expedia took our money but no rom available. We are in a foreign country visiting our sick father in hospital and have to deal with this on room if it. It was impossible to find a room and we had to stay at the hospital. "
