"スタンダードで泊まりましたが、すごく広い部屋でビックリ！チェックアウトの際、スタンダードでその部屋だったのかを聞いたら、空いていたからグレードアップしてくれたそうで…しかも部屋に温泉の出る檜風呂が付いていて、子供が小さいので家族で入れて助かったし本当に最高のおもてなしでした。 会席の料理も美味しいし、説明も丁寧で良かったです。 いろいろ融通がきいて、また来たいと思いました。"
