"I had a comfortable basement en-suite twin room for use as a single room. The bedroom had a comfortable single bed for my use. It had a large washbasin and large mirror in front of it. There was a writing desk with chair. The desk had a lamp, and phone to reception, and above the desk was a flat screen tv with remote. The beds had lights and there was a light for the room. The tiled shower room had a shower cubicle and w.c. Sufficient towels, toilet rolls, paper tissues, and shower/ hand gel...

"It is a charming hotel not far from the airport. It is a little bit outdated, with mold in the bathroom, and a damp smell by the reception area and hallway. Our room was supposed to have one double bed, we were given a room with two single beds. Basic breakfast, very welcoming and helpful staff. Overall for one night was ok."

"Hotel is right on a lake in the German Countryside. It has a lakehouse feel and would be perfect for a romantic retreat. I stayed on business. The room was clean and spacious for the very reasonable price. Breakfasts were wonderful and thier applecrisp was a little piece of my childhood delivered on a plate."

"Quiet and chic with an emphasis on simplicity. Very nice staff. Breakfast consisted of a croissant, an apple, and a coffee. Shower was exceptionally small. Although nice, probably not worth the cost when compared to hotels nearby."

"Great Hotel. Nice decent rooms. I had a single room and it was a decent size. Breakfast was really good. Quite diverse like Flaxseeds and Chia seeds etc. Nice location just behind a forest and a quick walk to the city center of Pinneberg and to the train station for Hamburg. Personal was very friendly and the restaurant Deck48 had amazing wines and food.Loved the place."

"We travel to and from Denmark and stay here to facilitate use of the Gluckstadt ferry. The welcome is excellent and the restaurant superb. The continental breakfast is extensive and tasty and a pot of coffee is provided. There are a number of sister hotels too. All in all not one to miss. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed."

Netterweise durften wir unsere Fahrräder im Haus sicher abstellen . Mich hattest inklusionsgedanke überzeugt , obwohl kaum Personal da , was wohl mangelnder buchung wegen Corona geschuldet war . Der Staubsauger braucht einen neuen Filter (basiered auf der Sauberkeit des Bodens) Kein sicherer Weg vom Flughafen zum Hotel."
