"Room was crawling with bugs and had a stench that lasted throughout our entire stay. I do not recommend staying here. They overcharged for every possible service as well."

"Everything was excellent we had a really good time and saw the big 5 in one day!!!"

"Le logement est très proche de l'entrée du parc de Malelane et des commerces. La vue sur la rivière est un énorme plus. On peut y observer des animaux notamment des éléphants. C'est très reposant et la vue est vraiment belle en fin de journée."

"We were warmly greeted by a young female member of staff.. helped us get luggage to the room. Nothing like a smile from people to make a great first impression. Room was good. Aircon didn’t work but weather was cool anyway Breakfast was really great and made so by happy staff. "

"The lodge sucks, food is not good and bad quality with zero vegetarian options. Rooms are ok probably the only decent thing. Some staff are also friendly. Furniture around lodge needs upgrading. Everything falling apart. Especially around the pool area very dangerous chairs. The front desk isn't knowledgeable about safaris, which is hard to believe since that's all they do... all day every day. They can only offer Echo tours from lobby. But they do a terrible service. "We stayed 3 nights and what a truly amazing place to stay. Beautiful and super comfortable rooms - huge with lots of amenity. The sundowners lounge overlooking the sunset was truly stunning. The food - both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The pools (we had a private plunge pool) as well as the main pool were beautiful. Best of all the staff were brilliant and could not help enough. Joan (Manager) was lovely, Charles (does everything - garden maintenance, waiter, reception etc), and on and...

"We arrived in the evening and needed an early morning transit to the airport. Our host was easily willing to get up very early to take us to the airport for a reasonable fee. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and very helpful."

"Best Safari glamping experience I could have asked for! I feel very fortunate to have found this place amongst the many options. The reviews were certainly accurate. The staff are very kind and hospitable. Always available for questions or help. The evening dinner barbeque is very well done and they have a nice bar. I loved being able to see elephants from right outside my door! Each cabin is super comfy and includes air conditioning."

"Très bel hôtel avec un très bon accueil. Le petit dej sur la terrasse est top et de qualité. Le repas du soir à l’hôtel est très bon "

"Ja en het personeel was zeer beleeft"

"Nice stay"

"Ottima esperienza, cena top. Gli animali vicino alla casa sull'albero...fantastico! Scegliete anche un safari fuori dalla struttura, non hanno i big five."
