"A hotel used on and off for over 20 years but it desperately needs reconstruction. The rooms get very stuffy in the summer and the window only opens a few centimetres. Also what use is a bar that's only open Monday to Friday 0900 to 1500? Staff though are excellent and deserve a better working environment. "

"Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly."

"Parking in front of the hotel is expensive so I parked in the nearby garage, making luggage management a bit challenging. The room was pleasant but work was being done right outside my window so it was a bit noisy in the morning. The area is wonderful with excellent restaurants within minutes outside the entrance. The free breakfast was very good."

Das Frühstück war für mich sehr gut ich habe nichts vermisst. Es gab frisches Obst,Eier in verschiedenen Formen ,Wurst,Käse ,Müsli u.s.w.Das Restaurant welches im Hotel ist war sehr gut. "Accommodation was very spacious and could easily sleep many more people. (There were 4 of us). No daily housekeeping which was advertised on the booking which didn’t bother us but might not be suitable for everyone. Water supply for downstairs shower was not good unless you like cold showers. WiFi was good and parking was free. Nothing much in the immediate vicinity to see or do but reasonably close to good ski resorts. Very reasonably priced."
