"Obiekt na wysokim poziomie. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i przyjazna. Restauracja - śniadania w cenie na poziomie stołówki szpitalnej. Rozrabiany sok z wodą. Nie miła obsługa restauracji."

"Krásný pokoj, příjemný personál, chutná snídaně formou bufetu, od 2 nocí lanovka na Černou horu zdarma, parkovnání v ceně, bazén a venkovní lehátka, možnost zahrát tenis, výhled na les, dobrá lokalita. Vytkla bych jen drobnosti: nefungující hodiny v tenisové hale i u bazénu, jemné praskání vypínače lampičky u postele, druhý den byly obě kaše ke snídani přeslazené (první den byly super), trysky v bazénu byly vypnuté celou dobu (na obrázku jsou zapnuté)."
