The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). Toilet and bathroom were seperated: the toilet was in the smallest room possible, without sink or hand sanitizer. The bathroom was big, nice...

Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Sie stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Besonders lobenswert ist das Frühstücksbufett. Zum Zentrum sind es etwa 10 Minuten Gehweg. Alles in allem, ich war sehr zufrieden und würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen."

"Nice place and nice stay. It is high up so if you plan to walk you will have some uphill climbing. Breakfast was good. Spa hours shorter on weekends so plan accordingly. One issue if you have a room without a terrace it is difficult to get air into the room due to the design of the windows and it can get hot when the sun is on your side of the building."
