"The breakfast was good. Omelettes (pre-made & heated, very bland), fried potatoes and sausages. Make your own waffles, oatmeal bar, yogurt, cereal, variety of breads, juice, bananas and oranges. Wish they had salsa. Nice room & pool area looks nice. Pretty gardens, but it's too early for anything to bloom & it's raining and chilly. Quiet, comfy bed (some sort of mattress topper and plenty of pillows and blankets. Nice Dove bathroom items. Overall really nice place. Maybe not 100% clean, we did find a few hairs and carpets have some worn or stained areas. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family."

"The main amenities were broken, pool and hot tub, which is why we booked this stay. The place didn’t have any carts to use to load our items. Breakfast was great though, i loved the selections and the layout of the place was awesome. The room wasn’t super clean in the bathroom, looked like leftover sticker gems like a heart and glitter on the floor and when i wiped the ground the towel was black. The shower curtain didn’t hold any water in the shower so the whole floor was soaked and the fan for ventilation didn’t work so it was extremely hot to shower, and the toilet wouldn’t stop running for 6 hours while we left. it kept randomly running new water it was odd. our neighbors across the hall screamed almost all night. the beds and blankets and pillows were awesome and the set up of the room was cool. the view of the trash can wasn’t very nice but it was still fun. "

"Upon entry, the front desk seemed a bit cluttered. Additionally, there was a strong smell of cigarettes upon entering the room. They were able to change my room, but my neighbor was extremely loud. They left their dog, unattended, for almost 2 hours in which the dog consistently barked. Finally, the fridge was loud and was disruptive during sleep. Overall, it was mid-tier, not great, not good."
