"Attractive, comfy bed, exceptionally clean. The first room assigned to me was on the first floor on the freeway side. Way too noisy. I went back to the front desk and asked for a room on the quiet side and, it may have been smaller, but it was quiet and comfortable. The hotel was far from full. I don't understand why they would assign the noisy rooms when they had others available."

As long time customers, however, we were certainly surprised by all of the miscommunication and misunderstandings happening withe the valet parking people and the location of our keys and our car x2.
