The home is a short drive (25-30 min) from the Big House, so it was perfect for a UM football weekend. If you're looking for a quiet escape with EVERYTHING you could think to need for a week on the lake, this is it. Our family of 5 had an amazing trip out from CA. Can't wait to be back."

"We came to this property for an event nearby and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The home was clean and cozy and our host communicated everything we should know about our stay. "We did have a few little issues but communication was very quick to respond. I suggest they get a new cleaning crew. The frig was missed and it was noticeable that something had spilled inside the frig. The house is as listed. The linens where clean and ample towels where provided. We would stay here again."

Welcomed surprise with snacks available in fridge/freezer upon our arrival (great as our flight arrived late and we did not have time for dinner)! Property lacked coffee pot (Keurig was available, but our family drinks A LOT of coffee) and grill needed to be replaced. Host very responsive when we needed dishwasher detergent and tissues."

"This was a wonderful stay, we visited the University of Michigan for a visit and dance team clinic. The location was perfect close to everything, shops, restaurants, and bars. The property was clean and comfortable and Dina the host was responsive and helpful. Coming back in my next stay at Ann Arbor"

"Spent Christmas here with family, was a perfect central gathering spot for all relatives from different areas. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, plenty of dishes and glassware. Comfortable furniture and mattresses. Felt very at home. Great yard for 2 small dogs to run around. Quiet neighborhood."

"We were there for UofM graduation and this house was a great place to stay without being in Ann Arbor. There was plenty of room for all of us. My only complaint is that the house seems to be in process of getting some improvements that are much needed. Things like paint, fixtures, some small holes in the walls were definitely due to be fixed or replaced. It was clean overall."

"What an amazing host!! So easy to communicate with, always responsive and helpful with questions. Our team traveled from Bradley University to compete in the formula car competition at MiS. We needed the space to eat, sleep, have team meetings and down time to recover and this property was more than we could hope for. Thankful and blessed!!!"
