"Very convenient that the hotel was right at the airport. Lively bar area with big screen showing the NFL draft, which was a nice bonus. Great that they didn't close thigns down early, and that they instead invited guests to enjoy their experience. "

"Our room was newly remodeled. However the facility needed an outside remodel and clenaing 1st. Bathroom counter was dirty. But the rest of the room was clean. Parking lot didn’t feel very safe."

"It was close to where I needed to go is safe because no one can come up to the elevator unless they have a key however, you can hear people in the corridor and when they open and close the door it’s also clean and comfortable"

"We stayed here because it is extremely convenient to the Amtrak Station. We were late checking in but the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. The building itself is really quite nice - previously a federal reserve bank. I Don’t miss checking out the vaults in the basement! "

"Check in was quick. Parking was in a secure lot behind the hotel & it was located right beside PPG Paints Arena so it was only a 2 minute walk. "

"Property is going through renovation maintenance, be mindful of that. We did get an email from the property a day before arrival. But would have likely affect our decision to stay there if we know in advance. TV was not working, an engineer was sent over, but could not fix the issue. Told us he would be back during our absence so we were not bothered, but when we got back at night, TV was still not working. Person in the front desk was very helpful and gave us a new room. Traveling with a child...
