"We stayed either side of doing Tour du Mont Blanc. Staff were super friendly and helpful, our rooms was very comfortable and well equipped. We had a lovely view of the mountain from our private balcony. We also enjoyed the spa facilities and the buffet breakfast. "

So, we experienced some of the service issues that one can naturally expect when a new management is arriving. Nevertheless the staff was excellent and predisposed to overcome all those difficulties. There was not one available but the courteous staff were very helpful and quickly offered us a one night refund. We appreciated this and enjoyed our stay."
