Travaux dans l'hotel durant notre séjour donc certain service inaccessible, piscine fermée, restauration absente, nous sommes sur notre faim aprés ce séjour, peux être un manque de chance ??? sinon situation interessante pour visiter Chamonix a vélo, a renouveler peux être, mais avec certaine réserve lors de la réservation pour éviter les surprises désagréable a l'arrivée.

Zimmer hatte schon recht umfangreiche Gebrauchtspuren die man auch für die low Season hätte ausbessern können. Pool war trotz super Wetter leider zu. Parken easy direkt vor dem Hotel. Frühstück gut und reichhaltig.

Nous avons été super bien accueillis avec des explications pour le repas et le restaurant et ses avantages ainsi que la possibilité de pouvoir prendre le train et le bus gratuitement pour rejoindre Chamonix. C’est extrêmement appréciable. Pour le parking souterrain, nous l’avons pris pour le dernier jour, le coût de la recharge électrique est inclus dans le prix du parking. La chambre était confortable, il manque un petit peu d’isolation sonore, mais sinon rien à dire. La vue depuis l’espace restauration est magnifique, le lieu est calme c’est très appréciable. Nous avons été conquis et n’hésiterons pas à revenir.

It was a beautiful hotel, clean, and the staff were gracious. Yet, I’m still trying to iron out an excessive charge on a credit card even though I had paid in advance through Expedia at the time I booked the room (2nights). I believe this disputed charge will be resolved given that no record of expenses was ever incurred.
