"The bathroom light wasn't working. The faucet wasn't fully functional. That said, if you want something fancy as perfect in that regard, this is not the place for you. However, we found the staff friendly and welcoming and everything was very clean. Thank you!"

"I felt $200 for the room was too much for the size of the room considering it was pretty small but I definitely would stay again if I find better prices. The area is great, service is wonderful and the free breakfast wasn’t the best but was good, and overall is convenient place when there are activities going on in Mayagüez. Hope to be back soon. "

"Great ocean view from the room we had, small tub on upper level, great pool on lower level both outside, very clean and spacious for sitting and chill. Manager and all staff were super nice. Roughly 15 min walk to beachfront and some restaurants. Our room was clean and fully equipped with kitchen appliances, AC in all rooms and very safe area. Overall Serenity was a pleasant stay for all our family members. "
