"I stayed here for a solo trip to get away from the big city. This hotel and staff didn't disappoint. The rooms and hotel itself were impeccably clean and the staff was amazing. It's also a perfect distance from Laredo. Far enough from the city centre but close enough to walk. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to go to Laredo. I do hope to come back as well."

"The hotel was fantastic, but this was the first time we have experienced a completely automated check-in. It sure lacks a personal touch with no one to help advise where to go or what to avoid. The check in was quite complicated and everything required your phone to operate, even opening the doors. Arrived on the day the hotel restaurant and several other local restaurants were closed"

We didn't go there for the view, but to be close to the Ferry terminal. It's perfectly understandable that the site workers had to start their mechanical equipment at 7am 😳"

"when i arrived , yes i have a kid 5 years old they said i was lying and they me paid 20 eyros more, my reason not to mention is that we dont use the bed , our son sleeps with us, but the room was very hot , so next day i said you mentioned in the ad that the hotel has air conditioning and it dint have, ans she said that they on the aircondition only if they think clients will need , so for us was very hot night and expensive night, but the hotel yes is new and very good facilities"
