"We booked this with two hours notice, and received excellent service including directions to park our large van, five minutes walk away. You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English."

We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. So if you have mobility issues, this is not for you. "This hotel is cheap and a little run down and the lift was repeatedly out of order. Our room to the rear of the hotel had a nice view of the 'mountain' and cable car. It was also quiet."

"This was our 3rd stay in 2 years, each time in a garden room. The terrace is so lovely to have in addition to the room. We asked for a 'more comfy' chair and we were given one which benefitted my wife immensely. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. 1 improvement would be a shower mat as the shower floor tiles are very slippery. On our last 2 visits we have bought a shower mat in a lical shop."
