"Great location, near the center of town. Staff was helpful & accommodating. We even received an upgrade when we checked in. While there, they were servicing the fire alarm system, but it was during the day (very noisy). The Hetitage is an aging property (been there since the 70s I think). Some of the furniture is worn. But, beds were comfortable, rooms were spotless & they make the most of a lovely setting. Nice fluffy towels! Outdoor Pool area was being readied for Memorial Day, so it wasn’t...

"I wanted to give this hotel 4- to 5 stars. The staff were excellent. That said, this is an old property, with worn out rugs in halls, threadbare bedding and towels (mine had tears and holes), but nonetheless clean, and nearly arranged. The hotel is off a main highway, but local food choices did not work and what they had available was limited."

"I always found that if the toilet seat is loose and is not tightened then there are going to be other maintenance problems. Please tighten the toilet seat, We had to hand tighten the loose towel bar on the shower door. We had to be careful not to pull the faucet handle off because it was ready to come off. The carpet baseboard is peeling off and lastly there were some stains on the upholstery. "
