"Pleasant stay in an excellent seafront location. Ideal for the theatre. It is a bit dated and the floor boards in our first floor room were seriously creaky. Clean however and comfortable. "

"Staff great , friendly helpful , welcoming , dealt with problems easily and without fuss. Inside hotel rooms clean, recently decorated bathroom appeared refurbished . Laundry clean and well presented . Dining ( breakfast ) super selection food hot and well presented . Dining room recently decorated . The old external Victorian facade of TV e hotel looks tired BUT the inside doesn’t reflect that functional and used areas have been decorated and well presented . This was a short family break...

"Everything great apart from room temperature lack of ventilation.windows did not open enough. Were given a small table fan which didn't help much. So had two uncomfortable nights. No aircon but ceiling fan would have been a help."

"Hotel really nice, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only a couple of things thst could be changed....tea spoons instead of wooden stirrers, biscuits in room, dog bed and bowl would be a nice touch too when u are staying with your pooch."

"Great location. 10min walk into Betws-y-coed. Loads of parking at the hotel. We stayed in a Delux Double room which had recently been renovatated and it was beautiful with a huge comfy bed, a sofa, a modern bathroom, separate free standing bath in the bedroom plus a outside seating area. The bath was ideal to relax in after a day exploring. Our only issue was finding a large clump of hair on the bathroom floor which the cleaners must have missed. Not a major problem, we simply picked it up...
