"The hotel is lovely, v.clean, rooms adequate for a 3*. There are 4 pool areas, always found sunbeds and chairs to sit on. Splash pool is great, our toddlers loved it. Kids Club looked fab 10-2 (age 4 upwards) they did lots of activities & staff energetic. All Slushies/soft & fruit juice drinks/tea coffee/ice creams all help yourself throughout the day. "I arrived at the hotel for early check-in and there was a room available. At first, the staff member had a difficult time finding my reservation and there was some confusion regarding the name it was booked under. He was very polite throughout this process, and reassured me that it would be OK and I'd still have a place to stay regardless. He helped to alleviate the anxiety I had when hearing my reservation couldn't be found (I had travelled from far!). After a few minutes, we realized the error...
