"Pros: Juan and Lucia are very kind! We arrived late in the evening with our 2 year old daughter. There was no baby bed for her. The booking site forgot to mention it to them. Juan and Lucia came over within 10 minutes to bring the bed en linnen. Super service! There was fresh fruit, vegetables, drinks, bread available. A very nice welcome. "The room and hotel was very clean. Staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast and WiFi were the only things letting the place down. Although the WiFi was free, it regularly disconnected and wasn’t fully accessible from the room. The breakfast wasn’t great. Although there was a variety of things to choose from, most were either overcooked or flavourless. I tried some churros that were very tough. I also tried some scrambled eggs and bacon but both were lacking in flavour and overdone. The hotel itself is very nice, just the food being quite poor."

"Excellent hotel with delicious food, spotless facilities and friendly staff. My only complaint was that the outdoor pools were a little cold. I would say that almost all of the guests were German but that did not bother us Brits at all. Having said that, we are not likely to return to this hotel as we didn't like Playa De Palma at all."

"The hotel is immaculately clean. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Meals are varied and plenty of choices for all diet requirements/preferences. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel outwith the dining room and no kettle in the room. You cannot have a cup of tea when arriving late or leaving early. I was in a single occupancy room and the traffic noise from very early morning until late was loud and not relaxing even when wearing earplugs."
