"Overall, I liked the property. There was just one thing that almost soured the experience, I was charged for the room when I checked in, and they pretended to charge me for the room again when I checked out. Since the bill wasn't that high, I could not have noticed it, but I did and produced a credit card stub to demonstrate I had already paid. That was enough, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless."

"No pude hospedarme en el hotel a pesar de la reserva, cuando llegué no había nadie en la recepción ni en ninguna otra parte del hotel, lobby, cafetería, no hubo nadie quien me atendiera y luego de 10 minutos de esperar que alguien aparezca, decidi irme porque debia instalarme pronto en un alojamiento. Además luego intenté llamar al telefono del hotel que habia en su pagina y ese telefono celular estaba apagado. Asi que no hubo forma de ponerme en contacto con ellos "

"Excelente servicio, habitación limpia y con buena vista al parque y muy cerca de atractivos turísticos al estar ubicado en el centro (y a corta distancia en taxi a otros lugares de la ciudad). Servicio de limpieza regular también excelente y las opciones de desayuno son buenas. Nos ayudaron guardando nuestro equipaje luego de hacer el check out hasta que llegáramos más tarde y siempre respondieron nuestras preguntas con amabilidad. Recomiendo este hotel. "

"Our first room was not good. No hot water, dogs barking in alley outside of room all nite and a lot of cockroaches. We asked to be moved and next room was so much better. "

"The lodge was very comfortable and the views were spectacular. We could have just sat on the veranda all day. It was secluded but very secure. Beatriz made amazing meals at whatever time we wanted them. Edgar and Beatriz were very accommodating and helpful. "

He did his best to always speak English to us and to help us with maps, etc. Our room was perfect. We had a buffet breakfast which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again."
